Mr. Carter has been continuously practicing law since graduation from the prestigious Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1998 with an emphasis on civil trial practice. Since graduation, he has primarily focused on plaintiff’s personal injury and civil litigation.
Max resides in Birmingham with his wife of 30 years, Mrs. Krista Carter of Moody Alabama. They have two adult children that also reside in Birmingham. He enjoys the outdoors including hunting and fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
