Employees of a local delivery company, injured the Plaintiff while delivering a large package to her home.  They negligently rammed the Plaintiff while moving the box into place.  The injury required extensive reconstructive and plastic surgery to her leg, and left the Plaintiff permanently injured.

THE PLAINTIFF WORKED FOR A LOCAL BIRMINGHAM COPY SERVICE AND WAS INJURED WHILE LIFTING A HEAVY BOX RESULTING IN A CATASTROPHIC LOWER SPINAL INJURY. 

The resulting multiple spinal surgeries failed, and the Plaintiff was permanently and totally disabled by irritractable pain.

THE PLAINTIFF WAS A CONSTRUCTION FORMAN AT A NORTH ALABAMA FACILITY AND CAUSED TO BE ON A LADDER IN THE LINE AND SCOPE OF EMPLOYMENT. HE SUFFERED AN ACCIDENTAL FALL CAUSING A CATISTROPHIC BRAIN INJURY.  Thereafter, he suffered multiple severe medical complications RESULTING IN TOTAL AND PERMANENT DISABILITY.

Madison County, AL 

THE PLAINTIFF WAS INJURED WHILE RETURNING HOME FROM WORKING NIGHT SHIFT WHEN A DRUNK DRIVER SLAMMED INTO THE REAR OF HER CAR AT HIGH SPEEDS FORCING IT INTO THE WOODS OUT OF SIGHT OF PASSING CARS AND TRAPPING HER IN THE VEHICLE.  

After briefly stopping, knowing she was trapped and injured, he fled the scene but was caught by police in a highly intoxicated state still driving the wrecked vehicle. 

The Plaintiff suffered serious neck and back injuries.
